Plans and pricing

Auction website plans from $127 a month, live in 7 days

Three plans from $127 a month plus a $697 one-time build fee, with weekly updates, researched articles and Cloudflare hosting included.

  • Lot lists live in a spreadsheet or a social post with no filters, so bidders scroll instead of finding what they came for.
  • Registration is a downloadable PDF that stalls a first-time bidder trying to finish it on a phone.
  • Closing times have no stated time zone, so remote bidders are left guessing when a lot actually ends.
  • Settlement happens over email, so invoices, buyer premium and pickup instructions get missed.
  • The current site is slow, exactly when a closing sale sends the most traffic to a single page.

Every plan is fast by default

  • Custom-coded pages, not a page builder, ship almost no JavaScript.

  • Served from Cloudflare's global edge network, close to every visitor.

  • 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed, checked as part of the build.

  • Built to hold up under the traffic spike a closing lot brings.

Cancellation

Email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours (9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday). A weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for a Monday or Tuesday invoice.

Refunds

All sales are final, including the build fee, monthly fees and extra revisions. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge, reported within 30 days.

Domain and hosting

One domain is registered in your name for as long as your plan is active, or we point an existing one. Hosting, SSL, CDN and DDoS protection are included, never itemized.

Pricing questions

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the tier you choose up front: $127, $267 plus AI usage, or $647 a month. The $697 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are satisfied with it. Domain and hosting are inside the monthly figure.

How do I cancel, and how much notice do you need?

Email us and say you want to cancel. Your message must reach us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours, which are 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday. A message sent outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for an invoice due Monday or Tuesday. With valid notice, no further invoice is raised and your site runs to the end of the month you have paid for. With late notice, the next invoice is charged as normal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that month.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final, and that includes monthly fees, the build fee, extra revisions and any cost we pass through at what our providers charge us. We do not refund for a change of mind or for a month you did not use. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge made by our billing: tell us within 30 days and we correct it within 10 working days. The build fee is charged only after you have approved your site, which is exactly why it is not refundable afterwards.

Can we upgrade tiers between sale seasons?

Yes. Moving from Paddle to Rostrum or Block takes effect from your next billing date, and we schedule the AI Engine or content engine setup work as part of that change rather than treating it as a rebuild.

What does BidWebStudio actually build?

A website for your auction operation: a home page listing current and upcoming sales, a catalog page for lots, individual lot pages, a paddle or bidder registration page, terms of sale, and a settlement or results page once a sale closes. We do not run the bidding itself; the site presents your sales and links or embeds the bidding platform, CRM or payment processor you already use.

How long until my site is live?

7 days on Paddle, 10 on Rostrum while the AI agents are trained, and 15 on Block with the content engine running. The clock starts at the onboarding call, not at purchase, so the sooner the onboarding form is in, the sooner the site is live.

Can the site carry more than one sale at a time?

Yes. The catalog structure is built to list several active or upcoming sales on the home page, each linking to its own set of lots, closing times and terms, which matters for an operation running more than one sale room or event.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. A new sale category, an updated terms of sale page, a different lot photo layout, a colour change: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Add a spec-sheet layout for equipment lots and a provenance layout for antiques" is one revision, not two. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size.

How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need such as a new lot list or updated terms, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

Can a revision update lot pages mid-sale?

Yes, a revision can update lot listings, closing times or terms while a sale is running. Send the change through the client portal and it is completed within 2 to 5 working days, so a correction does not sit unresolved through the close of a live sale.

Do I have to pay for a domain?

No. One domain is included free for as long as your plan is active, registered in your name through Cloudflare Registrar or Spaceship, so you own it outright. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site instead and nothing changes for people who know your current address. If you ever leave, tell us where to send the domain and we transfer it at no charge.

Is hosting an extra cost?

No. Hosting is included in the monthly fee and never billed separately. Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth included. There is no hosting invoice, no SSL renewal, no bandwidth overage and no surprise line item during a high-traffic sale.
