An event home page
The cause, the date and the story, front and centre.
A charity or benefit auction website earns its budget in the weeks before the event, when a sponsor or donor previews packages, checks sponsorship levels, and finds a way to give even if they cannot attend, and the design is built around that lead-up rather than a generic event flyer.
What it costs
Most of a charity auction website's traffic happens before the event, from sponsors deciding whether to give and guests deciding whether to attend. The design leads with the cause, the date and a preview of live and silent auction packages, so a visitor who lands on the page a month out has everything they need to decide, rather than a page built as an afterthought to a printed program.
A wall of sponsor logos tells a new prospect nothing about what a sponsorship actually includes. The design carries a dedicated sponsorship page laying out each level and its benefits clearly, which is also the page you point a prospective sponsor to directly rather than explaining it over email each time.
Not everyone who wants to support the cause can attend the gala. The design includes a clear remote giving and bidding page, separate from the event registration flow, so someone who cannot make the night still has an obvious way to take part.

Yes, updating the theme, packages and sponsors each year is a normal revision, so the site does not need rebuilding annually.
No, mobile bidding and payment run through your event or fundraising platform. The site presents packages, sponsors and giving options and links to that platform.
Yes, a past events and funds raised archive is a standard page, which also helps demonstrate a track record to new sponsors.
Yes, a volunteer and contact inquiry page is part of the standard build and routes to whichever inbox or CRM you choose.
A live walk-through of the site you would get, in about 30 minutes. Plans from $127 a month, the $697 build fee invoiced only after launch, domain and hosting included.
